As a Holistic Health Coach, I help clients identify areas where lifestyle changes can improve health, and provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve goals and find lasting change.
We explore nutrition, hydration, sleep, fitness, mental health, and stress management.

  • Wellness Transformation

    Changes don’t happen overnight, it takes time to develop new habits. This program enables you to live your life AND achieve your health and wellness goals! We live through real life, different seasons, holidays, vacations, and everyday busy life while exploring concerns specific to you and your body. You gain the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

  • Pantry/Fridge Edit

    A look into what you have in your kitchen, what you crave, and how you can make it all work better for you! We will create a comprehensive, easy to work with program to help you shop healthier and make better use of what you have in the pantry. Three 1-hour sessions.

  • One on One Refueling

    This works for the client who has an understanding of the elements of wellness, including nutrition, hydration, physical activity, sleep and stress management, and needs a refresher for applying it to their daily life.
    One 50-minute session.

  • Corporate Wellness

    Effective employee wellness programs are a great way for employers to reduce healthcare costs, increase productivity, employee wellbeing, and improve engagement. Program can include workshops, one on one discussion, team building exercises, and company-wide presentations. Flexible time frame.

Wellness Transformation

6-month program

With this package we will:

• Meet in person or via Zoom for 45 minute sessions 2x per month for 6 months.
• Create weekly action plans for your unique lifestyle, favorite foods, time constraints and goals
• During weeks we don't meet, 30 minutes check in calls cover challenges and goal setting
• Email support between sessions so you are never off track
• Recipes and grocery lists to take the overwhelm out of your shopping trips
• Celebrate weekly successes and accomplishments as empowerment
• Coach around obstacles 
• Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
• Understand and reduce your cravings
• Increase energy levels
• Learn about incorporating new foods
• Discover confidence to create the life you want
• 1 Pantry Makeover OR Supermarket Tour

Pantry/Fridge Edit

Three 1-hour sessions

With this package we will:

1st session: We begin understanding how you interact with your kitchen
• Discuss current eating habits
• Determine how much of your diet is home cooking versus prepared or ordered-in meals
• Review medical issues and dietary restrictions
• Learn about childhood/past eating habits/food preparation experience

2nd session: We look into your fridge and pantry
• Assess your pantry dry goods, tinned/canned foods and refrigerated and frozen staple items
• Identify your “go-to” foods/staples
• Look at what you are snacking on
• Review spices and condiments
• Learn about food labels
• Review drinks in the fridge

3rd session: We go to the grocery store together
• Go aisle by aisle to explore food choices
• Read food labels and evaluate products
• Strategize increasing fruits and vegetables
• Learn about seasonal foods
• Review meal ideas
• Look at healthy snacks
• Understand serving sizes

One on One Refueling

One 50-Minute Session
