My goal is to help people understand that the absence of disease is not health. I teach what I have learned myself, that making time for exercising, eating whole foods, hydration and sound sleep are foundational. Everything I work with my clients to learn and adapt to are things that I have experienced and I continue to learn and grow alongside them.
